has always been to work in alternative medicine. I
started out attending Chiropractic school, then half
way through my Doctorate I changed interests and
decided to study at Emperors College where I
earned my degree in Oriental Medicine.
I am credited by the
California Acupuncture Board and the National
Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental
Medicine. I interned at UCLA then traveled to East
Asia for 1 year researching Acupuncture & Herbs.
I returned to Los Angeles and worked in several
clinics then eventually found my way to
I now work full time using
my experiences to heal
and treat people with natural medicine. I have
experience working with pain management,
acupuncture-orthopedic, internal medicine, female
conditions, and addictions. I would like to
share my knowledge and commitment to natural
medicine with the community of Bakersfield by being
a friend to those who seek healing and wellness.

Natalia Plotkin, L.Ac, Dipl. OM was awarded a Master of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Yo San University in Los Angeles. She is recognized by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, a considerable professional achievement. Helping others with Traditional Chinese Medicine was a natural choice for Natalia, who has been practicing meditation for 20 years and Qi Gong for over 10.
